Meet Your Lactation Consultant
I am a family nurse practitioner and international board certified lactation consultant (IBCLC). I have over 16 years experience providing care to patients in different settings as a RN and Nurse Practitioner. My path to becoming a lactation consultant is deeply rooted in my own experience as a breastfeeding parent. I navigated challenges, asked countless questions and felt firsthand how much a supportive, knowledgeable guide can change your experience.
I believe every family deserves compassionate, culturally respectful, evidence-based support that honors their unique feeding goals. Whether you're preparing for your first baby or expanding your family, I'm here to empower you with practical tools, personalized guidance, and a calm, supportive presence.
My goal is simple: to help you feel confident, informed and supported as you begin your feeding journey. It is an honor to walk alongside parents during such a meaningful chapter of their lives, and I'm grateful every day that my own journey led me here.

Prenatal Lactation Visit
In-person or virtual visit. Set your breastfeeding journey up for success with this one-on-one visit. Learn what to expect the first week of your baby's life as well as common problems that you might encounter and what you can do. Whether you are a first time mom, it's been a while and you need a refresher or you had some difficulties in the past this consultation is for you.
Initial Home Visit
A personalized, in-home lactation visit focuses on supporting you and your baby during the early feeding journey in the comfort of your own home. This comprehensive appointment includes a full feeding assessment, observation of a feeding, latch and positioning support, "weighted feed", and guidance tailored to your goals and concerns. I also review your health history, your birth story and any challenges you might be experiencing such as pain, low milk supply, nipple concerns, or pumping. You'll receive practical, evidence-based recommendations and a clear plan to help you feel confident and supported.
Follow-up visits provide continued, personalized support after your initial consultation. During this in-home visit, we'll reassess feeding, address ongoing or new concerns, and build on the plan we created together to help you meet your feeding goals.
Follow-up visits are ideal for families who want reassurance, continued guidance, or troubleshooting as feeding evolves. Support is tailored to you and your baby, in the comfort of your home

Virtual visits offer convenient, personalized breast/chestfeeding support from the comfort of your home. Using secure video conferencing, we'll address your concerns, assess feeding and create a plan tailored to your goals.

This package includes three one-on-one visits designed to educate, empower and support you and your growing family. It is ideal for first-time parents or anyone wanting extra preparation and peace of mind. Three appointments including: prenatal, initial and follow-up home visit.
The essential breastfeeding package includes three lactation visits: initial in-home consultation and two follow up in-home visits. These visits offer continued, personalized support during the early weeks of your feeding journey. This package is ideal for families who want ongoing reassurance and expert support as breastfeeding becomes more established.
This package offers comprehensive, ongoing lactation support from the early days through breastfeeding establishment. It includes 4 personalized visits: Initial home consultation, 2 follow-up consultations and a return to work consultation.
Return to Work/Flange Fitting
$175 | 60 minutes
This appointment is designed to help you feel confident, comfortable and supported as you return to work. We will focus on creating a realistic pumping plan that fits your work schedule, milk storage needs, and breast/chestfeeding goals. We will also assess your pump and perform a personalized flagne fitting to improve comfort and support effective milk removal.
