What services do you offer?

I provide in-home and virtual lactation consultations, including support for breast/chestfeeding, pumping, bottle feeding, latch concerns, milk supply, return to work, and prenatal breastfeeding education

How do I book a session?

You can easily schedule right here on the website. If you don't see a time that works, please contact me via phone or email.

What should I expect during a consultation?

Sessions are warm and supportive, focusing on your comfort and breastfeeding goals.

Do you offer virtual appointments?

Yes, virtual consultations are available for follow-up or prenatal visits.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payments can be made securely at time of visit using credit or debit cards as well as HSA/FSA cards. You can also pay using Zelle.

Do you offer home visits?

Yes. In-home lactation consultations are offered to families in South King County and Tacoma (30 minute drive from 98023). If you are uncertain you are within the travel range please reach out to verify.

Do you accept insurance?

We currently accept Premera Blue Cross &
Premera Blue Cross HMO. Currently working to become in-network with more insurance providers. If you are self pay a superbill (medical itemized receipt) can be provided for you to submit to your insurance for possible full or partial reimbursement, depending on your insurance plan.
